Unless otherwise specified, all products are new and unopened, and feature the longest expiry date currently available from the manufacturer. In the instance that the manufacturer can only supply short-dated stock, this is always listed on the product description.

We only stock brand name products, and some generics from reputable manufacturers for your pet’s safely. All products sold meet a high standard of safety and efficacy – we refuse to stock unsafe or ineffective products.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We guarantee prompt shipment and delivery! The majority of orders (95%) are shipped same or next business day. We will contact you if there is an expected or actual delay longer than 3 working days.

Any lost parcels are replaced at our expense where a valid and correct shipping address has been provided.

Products will be supplied as per your invoice. Any mistakes made by us concerning an order will be fixed immediately and at our expense.
