Delivery Guidelines

In the majority of cases, orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends). In the event that there is a delay or we are not able to supply a product, you will be contacted for instructions regarding your order.

AUSTRALIA: Typical delivery times for Standard Shipping are 3-7 business days (excluding weekends), with Priority Shipping taking between 1-3 business days depending on area.

USA, UK & OTHER: Estimated delivery times for Standard Airmail are 1-3 weeks. A small number of packages 5-10% may take a few extra days.

Delays in delivery are to be expected during the pre- and post- Christmas period (i.e. December-January) due to the postal service experiencing high demand during this period. Postal service delays may add up to a week onto the above delivery guidelines at this time.

What if my order has not arrived?

We base our delivery guidelines above on the time in which we have found 90-95% of packages arrive. The remaining 5-10% may take a few more days particularly if purchased during pre- and post-Christmas period. We usually suggest waiting a few days more to allow for local delivery conditions, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.
