What is Glyde Oral Powder for Dogs?
Glyde for Dogs is a nutritional supplement that helps relieve the symptoms of arthritis in dogs.
Your vet may recommend Glyde Oral Powder for your dog as part of a long-term arthritis management plan to reduce non-infectious joint inflammation and reduce associated degenerative joint changes, pain and stiffness.
How does Glyde for Dogs Work?
Glyde for Dogs helps provide essential nutrients for the maintenance and repair of healthy joint cartilage. Cartilage acts as a cushion between the ends of the bones in a joint. In the arthritic joint, cartilage becomes damaged, which leads to stiffness, pain, a reluctance to run or play and lameness.
Glycoaminoglycans (GAGs) are important building blocks used in the cartilage and lubricating joint fluid. Glyde helps supply this nutrient via three separate compounds:
